Qchirp — Terms of Service

Acceptance & eligibility
Qchirp is a business tool for early-learning services. By using it you confirm you are authorised to act for your centre.
The service
Qchirp collects family feedback and produces QIP evidence. We aim for high availability but provide the service “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted operation.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your accounts.
Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no attempts to breach security or access other centres’ data, and no reselling the service.
Your data
Your centre owns its data. We process it to provide the service per the Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your reflections or responses.
AI features
AI-assisted output must be reviewed by a human before use; you are responsible for the final content you submit as evidence.
Fees
Pilot pricing is agreed separately with each pilot centre. Standard pricing is A$10 per centre per month.
Termination
Either party may end the arrangement; on termination we handle your data per the Privacy Policy’s retention section.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited; nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia.
